그리고 + 내 하루 (Describing “My Day”) | [Word of the Day]

안녕하세요!

Today’s example is not actually about my day nor will the sentences specifically say “my day”, however, it was designed in such a way that you can create your own dialogue when having a conversation with someone.

Let’s get started!

그리고 | “and/and then”

내 하루 | “My day”

i.e.,

  • 나는 일하러 갔어. 그리고 나 영화를 갔어. (naneun ilhaleo gass-eo. geuligo na yeonghwaleul gass-eo.) | “I went to work and then I went to the movies.”
  • 나는 세탁물을했다. 그리고 나 설거지했어.  (naneun setagmul-eulhaessda. geuligo na seolgeojihaess-eo.) | “I did the laundry and then I washed dishes.”

Don’t worry too much about the vocabulary introduced in the second sentence. It’s part of my new set of words and it might be a little much to remember right now. I think I might go back to adding a vocabulary list of the week as my own personal list grows.

That’s it for today!
