서점 (seojeom) | [Word of the Day]

안녕하세요!

We’re going to end this week with a word that I just recently learned. I go to this place personally a lot and so I think it’ll come in handy soon. Hopefully this week you have seen a few ways to not only begin a conversation but to also continue one.

Let’s get started!

서점 (seojeom)  | “book store”

Scenario | Mina is going to work.

Min-ho : 누나, 왔어. | Mina, I’m home!

Mina: 네? 잘왔어. | Welcome home!

Min-ho: 어디 가?  | Where are you going?

Mina: 내 일에 갈거야. | I’m going to work (my job).

Min-ho: 서점에서? | At the bookstore?

Mina: 네. 아, 식료품 가져 왔니? | Yes, oh, did you bring the groceries?

Haha! Of course Min-ho didn’t forget.

That’s it for this week! If you liked the usage of scenarios let me know in the comments below and I’ll do more of them.

I enjoyed the activities this week! I hope that even though I gave a sample scenario, you still were making up your own.

That’s it for this week! See you next time!
