In the past, we’ve talked about using 아무 and 아무도 standalone in a sentence. We used it in sentences to describe, “anybody” or “nobody”. Today, we’re going to talk about how it can be used in other ways in sentences. This post won’t be long. It’s a bit of review with added information.
아무도 is the negative form of 아무. However 아무 can be added in a sentence with a negative ending to create a similar effect.
- 난 아무 보고 않았어. | “I didn’t see anything.”
Of course, it can still be used in the typical sense of a positive sentence such as the example below.
- 우리는 아무 갈 수 있어요. | “We can go anywhere today.”
Throughout this week, we’re going to be looking at examples of how this can be used in various other ways.
Alright that’s it for today!
