(껍질) 벗기다 [(kkeobjil) beosgida] [Word of the Day]

안녕하세요!

Today marks the last day of the verbs and Grammar of the Week collaboration. I’m also going to introduce a new concept we will be going over during the next Grammar of the Week. Don’t panic over it when you see it, it’s a lot easier to understand than you think.

Let’s get started!

(껍질) 벗기다 [(kkeobjil) beosgida] | “(skin) to peel”

i.e.,

  • 감자 껍질 어렵다. (gamja kkeobjil eolyeobda.) | “It’s difficult to peel potatos.”
  • 나를 위해 이 바나나 껍질 하시기 바랍니다. (Naleul wihae i banana kkeobjil hasigi balabnida.) | “Please peel this banana for me.”
    • New Concept: Balabnida)
That’s it for today! See you next week!
